**Job Description**

We're seeking Customer Service Officers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and adding genuine value to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Greet customers with a smile and enthusiasm, and proactively explore their needs
  • Identify potential product and service offerings to add genuine value
  • Manage a client portfolio through a robust calling program
  • Refer lending and other product or service opportunities to our retail and business bankers
  • Provide a delightful customer experience to each and every customer
  • Resolve customer queries with simple and practical solutions
  • Maintain prudent records of every customer interaction through Salesforce

  • Confidence and gravitas to proactively engage with customers
  • Ability to quickly explore and identify customer needs
  • Initiative to suggest value-add options to customers
  • Growth mindset to drive referrals through to our sales teams

  • Previous customer service and sales experience

**About the Role:**

This position is primarily based at our Sydney CBD Branch; however, you will be required to work at our other branch locations as needed.
