About the Role:
We are seeking an inspirational rehabilitation professional to join our team. As a Graduate Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Complete assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLs)
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to facilitate the return to work of claimants
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and healthcare professionals
- Present case information and provide recommendations to drive desired outcomes
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
