Your New Role

As a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Consultant, you will identify and address critical factors impacting workers' ability to return to their jobs. Your strategies will focus on physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational elements.

  • Manage return-to-work cases for injured employees under the WorkCover scheme.
  • Provide holistic support to restore individuals' functional performance through assessments like Initial Needs Assessments and Functional Capacity Evaluations.
  • Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
  • Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health experts.

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist or Registered Psychologist, along with relevant qualifications, or ASORC full/associate membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, supported by relevant education.
  • Current driver's license and access to personal transportation.
  • Ability to obtain Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive above-average salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus generous benefits and bonuses.
