Pumps and water treatment systems require skilled maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

We are seeking a proficient Field Services Technician with strong knowledge of pumps, water treatment, and rural irrigation systems. Their primary responsibilities will include routine and emergency service/repair of pumps and water filtration across leading brands for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Additionally, they will be involved in new installations of pumps, tanks, water filtration, and associated pipework and fittings. General plumbing duties as required. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and reports consistent with company policies, QA procedures, and safety requirements. Supporting other team members in the workshop, field, and retail store is an essential part of this position.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license and own vehicle
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working within a team environment
  • Strong fault diagnostic capabilities

Requirements for the Position:

  • Construction Induction card (White card)
  • Working with Children Check (can be obtained online)
  • Current Police Check (can be obtained online)
  • Computer literacy
  • Good physical health
