About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Analyst to join our Member and Digital Experience (MDX) strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the discovery, design, and development of digital experience strategies
  • Developing responses to strategic questions using data and insights
  • Supporting business planning by identifying, estimating, prioritising, and sequencing initiatives
  • Building business cases that drive investment in digital experiences
  • Defining success metrics and benefit profiles for strategic initiatives
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to implement strategy using various delivery approaches
  • Maintaining strategic performance dashboards
  • Facilitating strategy and planning workshops and key events
  • Presenting insights and reports to senior stakeholders to support planning and performance management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience from strategy and/or delivery roles in large, complex organisations
  • Ability to influence organisational levers to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Experience working in or alongside agile teams and knowledge of agile frameworks
  • Confidence in framing and solving problems using structured analytical techniques
  • Skill in communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and presentations
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, consult widely and drive consensus
