Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Partnerships & Events Coordinator. This exciting role will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of partnerships and events activity across the Integrated Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers. They will also possess a strong understanding of the Australian event and partner marketing landscape, including cinema and digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment
  • Delivering best-in-class integrated executions in line with partner commitments and event marketing strategies
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers, and agencies
  • Supporting studio and content releases with ATL and BTL partner campaigns to drive reach and scale in market

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Knowledge of the Australian event and partner marketing landscape
  • Experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
  • Experience creating briefing presentations and supporting marketing plans
  • A strong understanding of media and content landscapes in Australia and New Zealand
