Partnerships & Event Coordinator

This is a pivotal position within the Integrated Marketing Team, responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of partnerships and events.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support and deployment of end-to-end partnerships and event execution, ensuring a consistent process throughout.
Key responsibilities include managing assets, ticketing, production, and creative, as well as reporting and presenting the outcomes of events and partnerships activity to the broader team.
Success in this role will be evaluated on the ability to work collaboratively across business units to:
- Support the development of partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment
- Deliver best-in-class integrated executions in line with partner commitments and event marketing strategies
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers, and agencies
- Support studio & content releases with ATL and BTL partner campaigns to drive reach and scale in market
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Australian event and partner marketing landscape, experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers, and strong communication and presentation skills.
