Job Opportunity: Linen Care Product Manager

As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of products within the Linen Care category. This role requires expertise in market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will work to drive business growth through innovative product launches, portfolio optimization, and revenue expansion. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in international business, marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Linen Care category. Fluency in French is an advantage, as regular liaison with our Groupe SEB head office in France is required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive Go-to-Market plans, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, assortment optimization, and channel distribution informed recommendations
  • Create annual marketing plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets
  • Collaborate with the Digital & Trade marketing team to execute product launches and portfolio animations following a stage-gate process
  • Build dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers in partnership with the sales team
Key Skills Required:
  • International business, marketing, or e-commerce degree
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Linen Care category
  • Familiarity with MS-Office, Business Intelligence tools, and Market Intelligence
  • Ability to develop complex strategies and lead implementation plans
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
