About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and organised Coordinator for our after school care capacity at a service based in Ross Creek. This is a permanent part-time position at 18 hours per week all year round, offering a perfect balance of work and personal life.

As a Coordinator, you will manage a team of Educators and lead a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
  • Help out at other services when necessary
