Job Title: Literacy Program Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Literacy Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of literacy programs across our network of primary schools.
  • The successful candidate will design and deliver targeted interventions in reading, comprehension, and writing to ensure alignment with best practice instruction.
  • This role involves working closely with school staff to enhance literacy outcomes and embed evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for literacy program development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver professional learning opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to school staff to improve literacy outcomes.
  • Analyze data to inform instructional decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of literacy excellence across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with a focus on literacy instruction.
  • Proven track record of improving student literacy outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to analyze data and inform instructional decisions.
