Job Summary

The Data Literacy Program Lead will be responsible for enhancing organizational data comprehension and promoting a data-driven culture. This entails acting as a champion, trainer, and facilitator for the data literacy initiative.

  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure seamless data management and delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and data governance teams to foster effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functional areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
  • Expertise in data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data quality processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow designs.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and reporting tools is a plus.
