Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating research projects, primarily managing a 3-year grant to develop a novel digital literacy program for seniors with sensory loss.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about public health and policy, and has experience in research administration, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including preparing ethics applications and managing project documentation.
  • Develop and refine research skills and independent research activities under supervision of more senior academic staff.
  • Conduct surveys and other quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis processes as relevant to the role.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations and consumer groups.
  • Oversee training of staff and volunteers as relevant to the role.
  • Prepare results, visualise and report research to various audiences.
  • Assist with the supervision of MRes/PhD student(s).
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social sciences or humanities.
  • Relevant experience in research administration, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
