As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Work closely with the Centre Director to achieve better outcomes for children and the centre

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
