About the Role

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Requirements

  • Qualifications: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Working with Children Check: Hold a current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
