Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, with a starting salary of $80,000, comparable to state primary school teachers. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect:

Job Description

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing engaging curriculum programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  • Fostering strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive
  • Mentoring and inspiring educational practices in your room, collaborating with centre leadership to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA) (applicants studying their Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) may be supported to apply for Limited Registration if certain conditions are met)
