Job Overview

As a Lead Educator at Goodstart Huntingdale, you will have the opportunity to take charge of your own room, leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to improve teaching practices
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Western Australia Working with Children Check
