About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our Goodstart Early Learning team in Huntingdale.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of early learning professionals to deliver our bespoke learning program.
- Build and foster a culture of reflective practice, ongoing improvement, and strong relationships with children, families, and communities.
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive advantage.
About Goodstart Huntingdale
- Our centre serves 135 families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- We pride ourselves on our strong community ties, participating in charity fundraising events and maintaining close relationships with local schools.
- Our centre features large, open play spaces, and we offer a range of programs, including school readiness initiatives.

Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
