Currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who takes ownership and responsibility in their employment.

This employment position will allow someone to work flexible hours between 6:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, Full-Time position.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet and greet children, families and visitors to the centre
- Provide families with support and assistance with enrolments, bookings and general enquiries
- Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
- Process payments via Kidsoft, managing debt collection as required
- Answer and direct telephone calls whilst maintaining the enquiries at our front reception
- Coordinate various administration tasks including communications, maintenance, orders and deliveries
- Provide tours of our service and information to new enquiries
- Manage daily bookings

Key skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in an administration assistant role, preferably with exposure to the early childhood industry
- Must have excellent computer skills of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to time manage, prioritise, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $23.97 - $33.11 per hour

**Experience**:

- Desktop administration: 1 year (preferred)
