Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Sales and Retention professional to drive consumer sales and retention programs. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing annual sales campaigns, managing day-to-day membership operations, and implementing strategies to ensure membership retention aligns with business targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
  • Making proactive calls to prospective and existing members to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the consumer team to meet membership and ticketing sales targets.
  • Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and improve member satisfaction.
  • Oversee the club's nurture program for new members.
  • Develop structured follow-up plans for non-renewals.
Daily Operations:
  • Assist in daily operations of the consumer team, working closely with the manager and team members.
  • Record all member and fan information, feedback, and follow-ups in the customer database, maintaining data integrity.
Requirements:

  • Proven skills in sales, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience with databases and maintaining customer records.
  • Resourcefulness and ownership of responsibilities.
