The role of Membership Sales Representative involves delivering sales and retention programs to consumers, executing annual campaigns, managing day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service to members, fans, and ticket purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and fans.
  • Make sales calls to prospective and existing members.
  • Work with the consumer team to reach membership and ticketing sales targets.
  • Develop strategies for membership retention and alignment with club goals.
  • Oversee the nurture program for 1st and 2nd-year members.
  • Implement follow-up strategies on non-renewals.
  • Address potential issues affecting member retention and implement intervention programs as needed.
  • Assist with daily operations in collaboration with the manager and team members.
  • Record member and fan information, feedback, and follow-ups in the database, maintaining data integrity.
  • Grow revenue through promotion of premium membership packages.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A strong personal brand reflecting good customer service values.
  • Proven skills in sales, relationship building, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service to staff, clients, members, fans, and guests.
  • Experience with databases and maintaining customer records.
  • Resourcefulness and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset contributing to club goals.
