Key Account Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Director to oversee and grow a portfolio of banking clients across Australia and New Zealand. This senior position involves building deep strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable client outcomes. As the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, you will orchestrate internal resources to design and deliver tailored solutions that address complex client challenges and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for your banking portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and whitespace.
  • Maintain market awareness and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, and Solution Consulting teams to shape propositions that address client priorities.
  • Lead executive-level conversations to position our business as a trusted partner.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, stakeholder mapping, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales with depth in banking (ANZ preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals as an individual contributor.
  • Executive presence, strategic mindset, and strong influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and platform solutions.
