Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Banking Professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing high-profile client relationships across the Health & Aged Care sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and/or banking, with experience in Corporate and Institutional clients, particularly within the Health & Aged Care industries.

You will lead effective delivery of our product suite, including investment grade and leveraged debt facilities, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring adherence to our high credit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for business development
  • Developing marketing strategies aligned with Health & Aged Care objectives and our broader goals
  • Building rapport with clients and colleagues across all levels
