Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing account opening activities and managing complex queries
  • Ensuring seamless customer referrals to other colleagues for further banking needs
  • Introducing digital banking solutions to meet customer demands
  • Effective management of customer feedback and enquiries via mailbox management
  • Daily system audit reports maintenance and reconciliation
  • End-of-day account balancing, updating and communication of audit requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as Personal Banker or Customer Service Officer with proven customer excellence in banking, sales, hospitality or retail
  • Focused on customer service, professionalism and knowledge of frontline controls
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Understanding of value creation within Premier segments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking procedures and systems
  • Potential for financial expertise development and career growth
