The Lead Auditor will be responsible for:
- Conducting business assurance assessments within their area of specialism, adhering to current procedures.
- Leading multi-disciplinary and international assessment teams, ensuring timely completion and coordinating team findings.
- Producing high-quality assessment reports, reflecting business assurance principles, in compliance with accreditation requirements and internal procedures.

- Keeping internal stakeholders informed of changes and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Identifying sales opportunities and passing them on to colleagues.
- Passing client feedback and insights to internal recipients, initiating client improvement projects when required.
- Maintaining professional competence by staying up-to-date with technical developments, updating CPD records, and maintaining professional registrations.
- Supervising induction, coaching, and knowledge sharing activities.
In this role, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
