Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The position is to lead the software quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with business objectives and technological innovations.
- Design and deploy testing frameworks that integrate manual and automated testing methods.
- Act as primary liaison among senior management, technology teams, and external partners.
- Design, implement, and manage quality metrics and reporting systems.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Quality Engineers.
- Continuously assess and optimize testing processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
- Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (SA) is desired.
- Minimum of 7 years in software quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within financial services or wealth management technology industry.
- Proven track record as QA / Test Lead or Test Manager within fintech or wealth management sectors.
- Advanced knowledge in establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium.
- Significant expertise with test management and reporting tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
- Extensive experience implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development.
