Job Title: Senior Business Systems Specialist

As a Senior Business Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs, translating business requirements into software specifications, and documenting and evaluating required data and information.

 

You will develop and maintain knowledge of client business processes, make an active contribution to the improvement of these processes, and provide inputs into the development, modification, and maintenance of systems.

 

Additionally, you will analyze technical processes to identify opportunities for improvement, design, develop, and implement new and enhanced processes, support project management for business process changes, perform software quality assurance and testing activities, and conduct data analysis to drive decision-making activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business systems analysis and design, including high-level modeling, process flow modeling, and process re-engineering
  • Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of client business processes
  • Improving business processes through inputs into system development, modification, and maintenance
  • Analyzing technical processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new and enhanced processes
  • Supporting project management for business process changes
  • Performing software quality assurance and testing activities
  • Conducting data analysis to drive decision-making activities

 

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of integrated IT systems within school systems environment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into software requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to work in a hybrid working model
