The role of the Front Desk Administrator is pivotal in driving organizational growth by providing exceptional administrative support to our team and clients.
This includes:
- Ensuring timely receipt and processing of client documents through efficient mail collection and distribution.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and other visitors via inbound and outbound calls.
- Providing a warm welcome to clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Efficiently managing meeting rooms and coordinating with team members to ensure seamless bookings.
- Accurately and efficiently processing client payments.
The Front Desk Administrator will also be responsible for:
- Overseeing ASIC Corporate Compliance tasks, including company searches, record management, and name registrations.
- Facilitating ATO registration applications and lodgement of tax returns for clients.
- Electronically processing ATO correspondence and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Onboarding new clients into our system and performing database management duties.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar administrative role at an accounting practice.
- Familiarity with BGL CAS360 software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
