
Executive Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and organized administrative professionals to fill a critical role at our institution.
As an experienced admin professional, you will manage a high volume workload and medical workforce needs. You will understand the intricacies of working with junior medical staff and have knowledge of onboarding and induction of medical staff.
Your key responsibilities include facilitating recruitment processes of Medical staff, compiling and distributing medical officer rosters, and after-hours rostering. You will be a great communicator who can easily speak with a variety of senior and junior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level, efficient administrative support to the Medical Administration Department, including administrative functions for the Junior Medical Workforce.
- Facilitate recruitment processes of Medical staff, including organizing interview panels, booking venues, contacting applicants for interview, creating recruitment files, and preparing employment contracts.
- Compile and distribute medical officer rosters, requiring strong attention to detail and understanding of rostering requirements.
- Experience with recruitment processes related to JMO medical workforce appointments, including interpreting and applying awards, determinations, policies, or legislation.
- Experience in managing daily upkeep of medical rosters and payroll, including handling roster-related queries or discrepancies.
- Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). If holding a C-class license from another state, obtain a NSW C-class (P1 or P2) license within three months of appointment.
