- Maintain overall functionality of hotel facilities, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Manage a team of facilities personnel, engage with contractors, and coordinate with other departments to address facilities needs.
- Project manage facilities initiatives, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Experience in Facilities Management and Maintenance & Repair (strata experience preferred but not required).
