Facilities Manager Position

Our resort is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to manage daily operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and running efficiently.
This role involves hands-on tasks such as maintaining inventory levels, performing routine checks, and carrying out preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities
- Assist in caring for resort grounds and gardens, ensuring they remain clean and well-maintained
- Complete reports and documentation as required
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
