Sales Director

Foxtel Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across linear and digital assets. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets and developing strong relationships with media agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and agencies by providing exceptional customer service and managing multiple clients effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, digital, and partnerships teams to drive revenue growth through cross-platform opportunities and identify up-selling and cross-selling potential with existing clients.
- Develop and deliver high-quality client briefs and presentations that align with brand standards and are supported by accurate content and internal team coordination.
- Support negotiation processes by understanding different negotiation styles, providing relevant data and insights, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
- Assist in managing and developing team members, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with market and regulatory guidelines.
- 2-4 years of experience in a media sales team (agency, marketing, or sales preferred).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to create compelling documentation for proposals and responses to briefs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Experience in generating media advertising briefs, effective time management, and a focus on personal and team development.
