About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to support and drive high-quality bids and submissions.

  • Manage end-to-end Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender submissions.
  • Read new tender documentation and fully understand the requirements for the submissions process.
  • Coordinate with local and global teams to craft compelling, visually engaging submissions using InDesign.
  • Support our team in developing win strategies and value propositions.
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings, follow up meetings, staff and sub-consultant input to meet deadlines.
  • Write, edit and tailor content that turns complex technical information into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and marketing collateral to support pursuit success.
  • Quality Control the appearance, editorial content and relevancy of responses for proposals.
About You

We are looking for an inquisitive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration across local and global teams.

You should have relevant tertiary qualification (eg. Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Professional Service degree).

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a bids or pursuits capacity, preferably within the industry.

Experience working within architecture – highly advantageous.

Mastery of Adobe InDesign CC and MS Office products.
