We're seeking a talented professional to lead a portfolio of food and grocery clients. As an Insights Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to client goals and evolving needs
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Identifying new business opportunities and positioning our solutions to meet client needs

You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in consumer attitudes, behaviours, and retail purchasing trends will enable you to drive measurable ROI and help clients attract new shoppers, boost sales and drive growth.

We're looking for someone with a sharp analytical mind, skilled in turning scan and shopper panel data into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in an insights or category role, ideally within a FMCG manufacturer, retailer or market research agency
  • A sharp analytical mind, skilled in turning scan and shopper panel data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a consultative mindset
