Key Insights Position

We seek an expert in data analysis and AI to drive consumer insights and help our organization refine its research platform.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for experimenting with data, using AI tools, and pushing the boundaries of consumer research.

  • Shape & Refine AI Insights: Collaborate with our team to learn how to use and improve AI tools for analyzing consumer survey data.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments that challenge traditional research approaches, iterating on analytical methods to uncover deeper consumer insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Research, and Product teams to expand the AI interface's capabilities.
  • Ownership of AI Outputs: Oversee all AI-generated deliverables, ensuring they meet customer objectives and maintain high quality.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in market research, experimentation, and communication skills. They should also have an interest in or exposure to AI concepts, such as LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and agent frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Market Research Experience: At least two years in a market research agency or similar environment.
  • Experimentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments.
  • AI Awareness: An interest in or exposure to AI concepts.
