Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Anduril, you will be part of a centralized product design function operating in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve contributing to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy.

You will be responsible for owning all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

Our design principles revolve around trust, safety, and intentionality, guiding our work and defining the bar we hold ourselves accountable to.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of industry experience.
  • High attention to detail and mastery of visual & interaction design craft.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the why, process, and impact of your work.
  • No prior defense experience necessary.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy.
  • Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process.
  • Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Facilitation skills to lead discovery workshops with customers and/or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity leading user research sessions to validate your work.
  • Opinionated about design operations and efforts increase team efficiency.
