Job Description

The Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding large-scale product initiatives across multiple streams. With a strong background in the Travel domain or TMC industry, you will bring a deep understanding of product, business strategy, market dynamics, and leadership to this position.

This role is open to both Australian and New Zealand candidates, offering a competitive base salary of approximately AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Serko's business goals and market trends
  • Identify and validate market opportunities and user needs to develop a holistic product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to deliver products on time and within budget
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional development

  • Deep understanding of product management principles and best practices, with proven experience in market analysis, product strategy development, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using insights to drive product decisions and measure impact
