Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement strategies to enhance team culture, employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.

  • Implement a successful succession plan for all management levels.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster open communication and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Design and lead initiatives that support professional growth, diversity, and employee well-being.
  • Work closely with leadership to align the company's values with business goals, creating an environment where people love to work.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or customer-centric industries.

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute culture-focused initiatives.
