Key Responsibilities- Daily Bank Reconciliations: Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Prepayment Reconciliations: Manage prepayments and ensure they are correctly accounted for.
- Journal Preparation: Assist with monthly accounts and reporting.
- System and Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Ensure all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
- Transactional Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues like misallocations and inter-company mismatches.
- Annual Reporting: Assist with the preparation of annual group and subsidiary financial reports.
- Internal Control Evaluations: Conduct evaluations and process mapping.
- Technical Accounting Advice: Provide advice as needed.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in various financial reporting projects.
- Qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance and CA or CPA qualification.
- Skills: High digital literacy, numeracy, reconciliation skills, and excellent communication.
- Attributes: Attention to detail, team player, willingness to learn, and ability to manage priorities.
