Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned test automation engineer to lead our mobile test automation efforts across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the mobile automation strategy, encompassing test pyramid principles and shift-left methodologies.
  • Design and extension of Appium frameworks in Java with clean architecture, focusing on maintainability and scalability.
  • Implementation of Allure dashboards for quality insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Development and optimization of pipelines in Azure DevOps (or similar) for efficient CI/CD processes.
  • Stabilization of tests through WireMock and service virtualization techniques.
  • Leadership in triage, release readiness, risk communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentorship of engineers (reviews, pairing, enablement) and championing AI-assisted testing where beneficial.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of QA/Automation experience with recent mobile focus and proven technical leadership.
  • Proficiency in Allure reporting and actionable metrics.
  • Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions expertise in CI/CD fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of AEM, contract testing, and AI-based test tools; basic Swift/Kotlin literacy.
