
Trade Industry Customer Service Leader

This pivotal position is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in a technical environment. As a customer service manager, you will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales support, ensuring every interaction reinforces our client's reputation for excellence and expertise.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership roles, preferably within the automotive, trade, or related technical industries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Customer Service Strategy: Develop, implement, and review policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Technical Customer Relations & Support: Plan and implement robust after-sales service initiatives to proactively follow up on customer satisfaction, ensure part performance, and gather vital feedback.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with trade-savvy clients and liaise effectively with internal staff.
