Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to execute and optimize sales strategy for our Business Flyer program.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial influencing skills, with a proven track record of negotiating in a competitive environment.

You'll be working closely with stakeholders, leading a highly motivated account management team and a new business development team, as well as coordinating activities with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving revenue growth and improving revenue quality
  • Leading a highly efficient account management team to improve customer experience and grow share-of-wallet
  • Managing seamless transitions of new accounts from business development to account management
  • Supporting sales strategy to drive improved market share for accounts within our portfolio

You'll also have the opportunity to engage in crafting a robust revenue development plan, develop strong business relationships with customers and stakeholders, and build future growth in customer portfolios.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of negotiating in a competitive environment
  • Ability to lead a highly motivated account management team and a new business development team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
