">The Parks Infrastructure team is seeking a skilled Parks Asset Inspector to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
">As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering scheduled asset inspections, identifying risks, and managing asset defects.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of capital and renewal works, allocate costs to assets, and rate the condition of refurbished assets.">
- Perform regular inspections of park assets to meet NSW audit requirements, including recording condition ratings in the council's spatial asset system.">
- Utilize council information systems to evaluate parks assets, identify defective assets, and recommend rectification actions while applying risk mitigation practices.">
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections and actions to minimize risk exposure.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- A diploma in business management, project management, or a related field.">
- Qualifications or training in ArcGIS.">
- Experience in playground inspections.">
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.">
- Experience in infrastructure maintenance and operation.">
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, TechOne, Microsoft Word, and Excel.">
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.">
