Job Overview:

We're seeking an Asset Recovery Specialist to play a vital role in our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every stolen asset on our portal is complete, accurate, and recovery-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage stolen asset records, reviewing each listing to ensure all information is correctly entered, structured and formatted.
  • Analyse each asset for recoverability and other factors, before approving asset listings to 'live' status.
  • Identify recovered assets, working with investigators and law enforcement to confirm their status and assist with asset recovery.
  • Coordinate data entry and management, resolve any issues and work with our insurance partners to onboard and train staff.
