About This Role
- Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of three-year-old children.
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Document children's learning and development in line with the VEYLDF framework.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.
- Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Full Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching ideal, provisional considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
