About This Role

  • Create and deliver engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of three-year-old children.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
  • Document children's learning and development in line with the VEYLDF framework.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families through effective communication.
  • Work closely with colleagues and centre management to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Full Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching ideal, provisional considered.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
