**Lead Educator Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Lead Educator. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain an exceptional learning environment for young children.

The successful candidate will be working in a fun-loving and supportive team environment, striving to inspire children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes physical, social, and emotional development of children
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to plan and deliver engaging activities and lessons
  • Communicate effectively with parents and families about their child's progress and needs

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
  • Understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with young children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
