About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as an Onsite IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will provide high-quality onsite support to our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our clients
  • Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
  • Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking, and other IT equipment
  • Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain a best practice environment
  • Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (desired)
  • Must have a vehicle and full driver's license (mandatory)
