Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team in Newcastle.

As a Specialist in Managed Services, you will provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to one of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert onsite technical assistance to our clients
  • Support occasional project work to deploy solutions
  • Experience opportunities to support Servers, Networking, and other IT equipment
  • Collaborate with experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments
  • Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments, coupled with generalist networking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider
  • Mandatory requirement: full drivers license and vehicle
