About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Planner to join our team as a Planning and Scheduling Manager on our Melton Hospital project. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, programs, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide strategic and operational assistance in analyzing and monitoring programs, contributing to plan development, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project master schedules and other site schedules to identify opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Perform planning activities, including research and document preparation, to support planning guidelines.
  • Communicate critical information clearly and concisely with stakeholders across various levels.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling, project controls, and program benchmarking.
  • Advanced P6 skills.
  • Ability to graphically represent program methodologies and present results to stakeholders.
  • Ideal background from a leading main contractor environment.
  • Healthcare project experience is essential.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational, and time management skills with problem-solving ability.
