Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Inventory Planner to join our dynamic team at Allkinds.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days per week (22.8–30.4 hours) offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyse store replenishment thresholds based on performance.
  • Develop and manage new item allocations across the store network.
  • Liaise with wholesale partners and manage order processing with the Supply Chain team.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales, profit, and inventory reports.
  • Process markdowns and re-prices.
  • Action store stock requests as needed.
  • Deliver allocations and inventory plans for peak trading seasons.
  • Support the Merchandise Planner with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in merchandise management, business, economics, or finance is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
