Program Manager Opportunity

The Early Intervention into Chronic Disease (EIiCD) program plays a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable individuals with chronic conditions and complex needs.

This key position requires the successful candidate to work collaboratively within the EIiCD leadership team, driving quality improvement initiatives and fostering excellence in service development and delivery. The Program Manager will also lead the carer support and social support group program, ensuring seamless coordination and effective outcomes.

To excel in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health profession or Nursing field.
  • Full registration with AHPRA, unrestricted in scope of practice.
  • Proven experience in program leadership and management, particularly in Allied Health or Registered Nurse roles.
  • Extensive expertise in preparing and monitoring budgets, as well as coordinating expenditure against financial plans.
  • A valid Victorian Driver's License.

Desirable attributes include familiarity with population health promotion strategies, knowledge of the Chronic Care Model, and experience working within community health environments. Postgraduate qualifications in research, business, education, management, health administration, or public health would be highly valued.
